The countdown to the Melbourne International Flower & Garden Show 2014 is on! With only 4 weeks to go until the build phase begins, the Ian Barker Gardens team is gearing up for another fantastic show!
Something we are particularly excited about, are the beautiful plants that will make up our garden this year. Following on from the success of our garden ‘The New Wave’ at last year’s show, we will again be showcasing an amazing planting scheme full of gorgeous mixed perennials and grasses.
The fantastic team at Flemings Nurseries in Monbulk have sourced plants from far and wide to provide us with just the right mix for our plant palette, which we can’t wait to unveil to you all on March 26th at the Carlton Gardens in Melbourne!
We are overwhelmed by the quality of the stock and how much it’s grown over the last few months. From all the team at Ian Barker Gardens, we can’t thank Flemings enough for all the time and effort they have put in and for being such a delight to work with.
We think the plants are going to look absolutely sensational at MIFGS!
