Our maintenance team primarily services the surrounding suburbs of Canterbury, Victoria, including Surrey Hills, Glen Iris, Malvern, Malvern East, Camberwell, Hawthorn, Hawthorn East, Kew, Balwyn, Toorak, South Yarra and Armadale. However, we do have maintenance clients located outside of these suburbs, so please contact our office to see if we can service your area.

The majority of our clients are private residential properties with regular ongoing maintenance. If you are looking for seasonal or one-off maintenance, please talk to our team about our current availability.

Our service is charged at an hourly rate. To find out the minimum hours required to maintain your garden, please speak to a member of our team to organise a free garden consultation.

The frequency of our visits will depend on the specific needs of your garden and your long term goals. The majority of our clients find that fortnightly visits produce the best results in monitoring irrigation, plant health, and preventing pests and diseases.

The first step is to talk to a member of our team. They will discuss what you would like to achieve with your garden and your specific needs and requirements. We will then book a free garden consultation with our Maintenance Manager to assess the number of hours and services required to have your garden looking great all year round.

We provide a range of services during your visit, including fertilising, pest and disease control, weeding, mulching, pruning, removal of green waste and lawn care. Our team can also monitor and set your existing irrigation throughout the seasons. 

Our standard maintenance offering may not include garden work, such as gutter cleaning, or arborist work, such as cutting established tree branches. If you require specialist work outside our scope, your supervisor will arrange and manage contractors to complete these works during your regular visit.

Our team are experts in horticulture. You’ll be assigned a Garden Maintenance Supervisor who will be your direct point of contact and liaise with you regarding your garden goals, priorities, recommendations and issues. Another maintenance team member will work alongside the supervisor each visit so that you will have two team members in your garden at every visit. Your Garden Maintenance Supervisor, with the assistance of our Maintenance Manager, will create a personalised program to ensure your garden thrives throughout the seasons.

Yes, current clients can review their maintenance program and inclusions at any time with their assigned supervisor.
