‘Luna Lana’ Lights by Stephanie Ng Design to Feature in our Pop Up Cafe!

Stephanie Ng Design will be lending her Luna Lana lights to Ian Barker Garden Design for their display at the 2014 Melbourne International Flower & Garden Show. We’re thrilled to announce today that we have secured a fantastic lighting designer to provide the lights for our pop up cafe! One of the lighting industry’s up and coming superstars, Stephanie Ng will be lending us lights from her Luna Lana range. We think these beautiful lights will fit in perfectly with our theme and can’t wait to see them brightening up the cafe and adding an extra sparkle to our display.
Stephanie Ng Design is a Melbourne based design studio that offers a range of lighting solutions for residential and commercial applications, as well as custom design services in home decoration and design, lighting and furniture with an assembling warehouse in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

With a background of Industrial Design, Stephanie uses a combination of colour, form and texture and loves the play on unique materials to make the ordinary special. She is dedicated to making products that retain their functional edge and work in relation to a space or system. She believes good design should have cohesive synergy rather than a standalone object.
Stephanie believes in design for emotion, in creating products that move people. She also incorporates notions of craft into her work. Her signature is a personal, as opposed to a mass-manufactured feel to finished products; as portrayed through her product range, Luna Lana launched in conjunction with Design.Made.Trade, Melbourne 2013.
An abiding concern is sustainable design, and designing systems that touch the Earth lightly and leave a gentle – if any – footprint in terms of production and consumption. Stephanie Ng Design is committed to versatility and a design aesthetic that lasts and endures.
Thanks Stephanie!
